Wolfram was up for just a day. The southpaw heads back to the minors to clear room for Trevor Rogers on the active roster.

Rogers is up to make the start against the Rays on Wednesday. The left-hander did pitch well in his most recent outing in the majors with 6 1/3 scoreless frames, but he has not looked good in Triple-A, so it’s a pretty risky endeavor.

Estrada left Tuesday’s game against Washington with a contusion on his right hand, and he’ll miss at least one more game with the infliction. Kyle Farmer will handle second base while Estrada isn’t available.

Clarke, 25, has forged a .710 OPS with six homers over 148 at-bats with Triple-A Nashville. He provides Houston with some depth behind the plate.

Narváez will get a breather for the series finale. Connor Wong will be behind the plate and hit ninth against Luis Castillo and the Seattle bullpen.

Crawford will get a breather with Garrett Crochet on the bump for the Red Sox. Dylan Moore will handle leadoff and shortstop duties while Crawford gets a breather.
