Draymond Green had 18 points (6-of-13 FGs), eight rebounds, six assists, two steals and four three-pointers in Game 1 against the Timberwolves on Tuesday.
Draymond Green accumulated four points (1-of-5 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), six rebounds, 10 assists, three steals and one blocked shot in 31 minutes in Tuesday’s win over the Grizzlies.
Green did not provide much value as a scorer, which is par for his course. But he was impactful in other ways, including recording a team-high 10 assists and four “stocks.” With Stephen Curry and Jimmy Butler leading the way offensively, Green’s mastery of the “little things” will be critical in Golden State’s first-round matchup with Houston. Game 1 is on Sunday night.
Draymond Green accounted for 13 points (4-of-12 FGs, 4-of-4 FTs), 10 rebounds, 12 assists, two steals, one block and one three-pointer in 32 minutes in Tuesday’s win over the Grizzlies.
Draymond Green lit up the Raptors with 21 points (7-of-18 FGs), seven rebounds, five assists, four steals and five three-pointers in a 117-114 win on Thursday.
Green got off to a ridiculous start to this game. He scored 18 points and hit four three-pointers in just the first half. That was enough to tie his third-highest scoring performance of the season and his second-most three-pointers in a game this season. Just in one half. He only added one more triple in the second half, but he was able to make more of an impact on the defensive end to help strengthen his case for Defensive Player of the Year. Green has truly started to shine in recent weeks.
