2025 Player Outlook
It will be interesting to see how Trea Turner ages, but entering his age 32 season I am not worried about him slowing down yet. He was a steal short of a 20-20 season in just 121 games last year, if he had reached his average plate appearances from the previous 3 season his pace would have gotten him to 26 homers, 24 steals, and 111 runs scored. If he is healthy he could easily push toward the 30 steal total again with a great average, a ton of runs scored, and 20+ homers.

Trea Turner went 4-for-5 with a double, two RBI and a steal as the Phillies held off the Marlins 11-10 on Saturday.
The Phillies were up 9-1 after five and 11-4 after eight before barely hanging on. Turner had as many hits today as in his previous seven games combined. His steal was also his first in 11 days; he’d been caught on his last two attempts.

Turner took a ninth-inning pitch from Raisel Iglesias and hit it 402 feet at 101.4 mph to break a 3-3 tie. It’s Turner’s third home run off of Iglesias despite only having eight total at-bats against him in his career. It was Turner’s first home run of the season. Despite the spring discussion of having Turner lead off and run more, the 31-year-old has settled in as the two-hitter in Philadelphia but does have four steals on the season to go with his one home run, which fantasy managers love.
Trea Turner went 1-for-3 with a double and a run scored on Friday, helping to lead the Phillies to a 3-2 victory over the visiting Dodgers.
The Phillies’ leadoff man doubled off of Yoshinobu Yamamoto in the opening inning, swiped third base and scored the game’s first run on a throwing error. He also worked a walk to lead off the sixth inning. The dynamic 31-year-old shortstop is still searching for his first home run of the season but is now hitting .313 (5-for-16) with a pair of runs scored, one RBI and two stolen bases.
