Derek Jeter announced Monday that he has stepped down as CEO of the Marlins and will relinquish his ownership stake in the team. 

According to Bob Nightengale of USA Today, this year's National Baseball Hall of Fame ceremony is expected to be postponed to 2021.

Derek Jeter played DH in his final game as a Yankee and had a base hit with a RBI before being pulled from the game in the win over the Red Sox on Sunday at Fenway Park.

Derek Jeter was lifted for a pinch-runner following an infield hit in the top of the third inning. His career is over with 3,456 hits.
