Reds released 1B/OF Wil Myers. 

Reds activated 1B/OF Wil Myers from the 10-day injured list; designated him for assignment.

Wil Myers (shoulder) will begin a minor league rehab assignment on Friday with Triple-A Louisville.

Reds manager David Bell revealed Tuesday that Wil Myers is also dealing with a left shoulder sprain.
