Donovan Mitchell, UTA – Mitchell continues to be fantastic during the playoffs and in the two games against the Clippers in this series he has gone for 45 and 37 actual points here. There doesn’t seem to be an answer on the Clippers side which shouldn’t be too surprising since they couldn’t stop Luka Doncic in the series before. I look Mitchell here as my top captain play.

Reggie Jackson, LAC – The clear “value” captain choice here on the slate. Jackson has been phenomenal since being given the primary guard role dating back to last series and that success continued last game against the Jazz when he dropped 29 actual points. Mike Conley being out would be a big benefit for Jackson but either way he is going to be popular.

UTIL

Paul George, LAC – I actually like Paul George here a little more than I do Leonard given recent game play. George has a double-double in all but three games during this postseason and has gone for at least 49 DK points in four of the last five games.

Kawhi Leonard, LAC – You can obviously use Leonard as a captain play if you wish but for me he is too expensive given what we have seen out of him this series as he has yet to crack 40 fantasy points. Instead, he is a safe floor play that has that upside on days when he finally pops.

Rudy Gobert, UTA – The center matchup for the Jazz is a HUGE advantage as we saw in Game 2 when Gobert pulled down 20 rebounds while scoring 13 points with three blocks and two steals. Gobert is never going to be the focus of the offense but his ability to give huge production on the glass and in defensive categories is a nice bonus.

Jordan Clarkson, UTA – Whether Conley plays or no there is still plenty of value here for Clarkson who has a primary role off the bench for the Jazz. He has score d at least 30 FP In three of the last four games and drop 24 actual points against the Clippers in Game 2.

Value

Bojan Bogdanovic, UTA – In the playoffs the rotations are very tight so there are only so many viable players to chose from. Bojan is pretty cheap given his role and scoring upside. He has averaged about 30 FP over the last three games while shooting over 50-percent from three-point range.

Joe Ingles, UTA – Much like Bojan, Ingles fills a secondary scoring role for the Jazz on the perimeter. He is 5-for-15 from three-point range during the series and 10-for-22 shooting overall. Even with a bad shooting night in Game 1 he still finished with 22 DK points.

Marcus Morris, LAC – What I like about Morris is the shot attempts as he has taken at least 10 shots in five straight games. If he is shooting that is only good news for his fantasy upside. Now, hitting those shots are a different story as he is shooting about 30-percent from the floor in the series and is just 1-for-14 from three-point range. I like the upside here at his value because when the shot does drop we know the upside like we saw in Game 7 against Dallas when he had 35 FP.
